Large or complex estates
For large EBS footprints, multiple operating units or entities, heavy customization backlogs, or programme-level work. Dedicated senior capacity and an SLA agreed with you.
Book a call to scope itIncluded in every tier
- SLA-based Oracle EBS technical support
- RICEFW fixes (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
- Ticket portal with clear ownership
- Monthly health report
How it works
- Unused hours roll over for a maximum of one month.
- Out-of-scope work is quoted as a mini-project before any effort is spent.
- P1 SLA is response-time, not resolution-time.
02. Fixed-price pilot
OAF-to-APEX Modernization
A low-risk entry point: we convert one live OAF page to Oracle APEX for a fixed fee, then expand into a retainer once you've seen the result.
What the pilot covers
- One OAF page with a single primary function
- Standard EBS data access through existing views and public APIs
- Standard security: responsibility, function security, org context and MOAC
- Parallel run against production data, then cutover of that page
Not included in the pilot price
- Multi-page or multi-step flows
- Custom Java or framework-level logic beyond the page itself
- New integrations to third party systems
- Data migration or data remediation
Complex pages are quoted after a short assessment.
Step 1
Discovery
Walk the OAF page, its controllers, VO/AM/EO chain, and the business rules embedded in it.
Step 2
Mapping
Map the OAF surface to an APEX equivalent: pages, regions, processes, security.
Step 3
Rebuild in APEX
Ship the page in APEX with the same behaviour, cleaner data access, and modern UX.
Step 4
EBS integration
Wire it back into EBS the right way: APIs, MOAC, org context, standard security.
Step 5
Cutover
Parallel run, validate against production data, retire the OAF customization.
- Maintainable by any APEX developer, not just OAF specialists.
- Upgrade-safe. No dependency on OA Framework internals.
- No scarce-skill dependency on a shrinking OAF talent pool.
03. Build + care
APEX App Development & Care
New Oracle APEX applications, plus ongoing care, including adoption and support of existing or orphaned APEX apps you've inherited.
Transparent starting points. Larger or more complex builds are scoped individually.
New build
$2,000 to $5,000
fixed-price, per app, scoped up front
Care plan
$800 to $1,200/mo
ongoing support, small enhancements, monitoring
04. Embedded capacity
Staff augmentation
Senior Oracle engineers embedded in your team, from a single specialist to a small project team. Pre-vetted, matched to your stack, no recruitment overhead.
Capacity, not a fixed product
Priced per role, seniority and duration. Quote-based, scoped with you before we propose a rate.
What you can bring in
Senior EBS, OAF and APEX developers in-house; DBAs, Fusion technical and OCI engineers via our vetted specialist network.
Add-on: PMaaS
Experienced project managers who run Oracle implementations end to end within a staff augmentation engagement.
Growing capability
Oracle Fusion Cloud (technical)
A capability we actively offer and are building out, delivered through our senior team plus a network of vetted on-demand Fusion specialists. This is a practice we're growing, not a productized retainer yet, so scope and price are set per engagement.
Talk to a senior Oracle engineer, not a sales layer.
30 minutes, no pitch deck. We'll tell you honestly whether this is work we should take on.
Detailed capability sheet and sample object list available on request.
