Datpire runs a bench model. We work with senior Oracle contractors across EBS, OAF, APEX and the wider Oracle suite, engaged per project rather than hired into a pyramid. The person doing the work is the person you talk to.

How we hire

Honest about the pipeline

We are not running a permanent hiring pipeline. We only engage people we can place on real client work, and we prefer to keep the bench small and senior. If that fits how you want to work, we would like to know you exist before the next relevant engagement comes in.
