Who we are

Datpire is a boutique Oracle technical consultancy, registered as a private limited company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Datpire" refer to that company. If you have any privacy question, contact us at info@datpire.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the message you write, and the topic you select (EBS Care, OAF-to-APEX, APEX Development, Oracle Fusion, or Other).
• Newsletter sign-ups, if you use one: your email address only.
• Basic technical logs generated by our hosting provider (for example, IP address and timestamp), used to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to you, to scope potential engagements, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Processors we use

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and the business:

• Supabase, to store contact form submissions in our managed database.
• Calendly, to let you book a call. When you use the scheduler on our site, Calendly processes your booking details under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used. It is only loaded after you accept in the consent banner. We do not use it for advertising or for cross-site tracking. It sets cookies in your browser. You can decline and still use the site normally.

Cookies

The Datpire site does not set marketing cookies. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 are only set if you accept in the consent banner; if you decline, none are set. The embedded Calendly widget sets its own cookies when you interact with it, as required for the scheduling flow to work. If you do not interact with the Calendly widget, its cookies are not set.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and delete or archive them once the enquiry is closed and there is no continuing business relationship. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information you have given us at any time. Send an email to info@datpire.com from the address you contacted us with, and we will confirm deletion within a reasonable period.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Where local data protection law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

Changes

If we update this policy in a way that materially changes what we do with your information, we will update this page.
