This website is published by Datpire, a boutique Oracle technical consultancy, registered as a private limited company. The site describes what we do and gives you ways to contact us. It is not, by itself, an offer of services.

Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

Nothing on this website creates a client relationship or a contract. When we agree to do work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between Datpire and the client (typically a Master Services Agreement and one or more Statements of Work). Where those documents and this website differ, the signed agreement controls.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, read our published material, and get in touch with us. You may not use it to attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it in ways that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, code, the Datpire name, and the Datpire logo, is owned by Datpire or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish, resell, or represent this material as your own.

No warranty on site content

We take care with what we publish, but the site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free of errors. Pricing shown on the site is indicative; the numbers that apply to your engagement are the ones in your signed Statement of Work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datpire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party services

The site embeds services from third parties (for example, Calendly for scheduling). Your use of those embedded services is also subject to their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without limiting any client rights under a signed Statement of Work.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
