Typical lead time is one to three weeks once the role, seniority and duration are confirmed. Urgent asks are possible when a suitable engineer is already available, but we will not fabricate speed by proposing someone unsuitable.
What if the engineer is not the right fit?
Every engagement begins with a short trial period. If the fit is not right, we replace the engineer without extra fees for the trial window and reassess the profile with you before restarting.
Can they work in our time zone?
